Two weeks ago, I was in New York City for the Cookbook Conference and managed to finally meet the team behind one of my favorite tea ateliers, Bellocq Tea.
While the Brooklyn waterfront was cold and grey that day, the atelier glowed with warmth and style. I left with the very best tea education straight from two of the owners, Heidi Johannsen Stewart and Michael Shannon, both of whom had worked for Martha Stewart back in the day, something that became quite evident in the styling of the space and the design of every component of the tea’s packaging.
Just look at the package and gasp… it’s beautiful!
