No. 36, Darjeeling 2nd Flush

Beautiful 2nd Flush, FTGFOP1 from the legendary Makaibari Estate.  This biodynamic and organically grown tea has pronounced honey-sweet muscatel notes, rounded with an earthy malted and dark chocolate finish.  

Origin:

Makaibari Estate, Darjeeling, India.

Brewing Instructions: 

Quantity:  1 teaspoon per 8 oz/250ml. 

Water temperature:  195F/90ºC. Bring cold, fresh spring water to a boil, remove from heat; set aside 1 minute and proceed. 

Brewing time:  5-7 minutes.
