Simply the most gorgeous caffeine-free chai. Rich and smooth organic / fair trade South African rooibos, cardamon, fragrant cassia, and spicy ginger adorned with garlands of rose, jasmine and marigold petals.

Ingredients: Organic Fair Trade Rooibos, Organic Ginger, Organic Cassia, Organic Cardamom, Organic Flower Petals, Natural Essences.

Brewing Instructions (Regular Steeping):

Quantity: 1 teaspoon per 8oz/250ml.

Water temperature: 195ºF/90ºC. Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil, remove from heat; set aside 1 minute and proceed.

Brewing time: 5-10 minutes.

Infusions: 1-2

Brewing Instructions (To Boil):

Apply the same quantity as you would with regular steeping. Bring water to boil. Add tea and boil for 3 minutes. Add milk and boil for an additional 2 minutes. Strain and add sweetener.
