If you love oolongs, this is not a tea to pass up. This is a highly aromatic oolong from the central highlands of Taiwan. A-li Shan’s high elevation and rolling cloud cover contribute to the smooth body and sweet flavor of the tea. Subtle evergreen, wild orchid and honey notes.

Brewing Instructions:
Quantity: 1 teaspoon per 8oz/250ml.
Water temperature: 175ºF/80ºC. Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil, remove from heat; set aside 3 minutes and proceed.
Brewing time: 4-8 minutes.
