No. 82, The Phoenix

This exquisite oolong is grown in the "Phoenix Mountains" in Guangdong, China. The tea is fragrant and toasty, with flavor notes of sweet stone fruit, orchid and honey. This tea is traditionally known as Mi Lan Xiang meaning "Honey Orchid Fragrance".

The tea leaves are tumbled and lightly twisted in a dry heat roaster.

Brewing Instructions:

Quantity: 2 teaspoons per 8oz/250ml.

Water temperature: 185ºF/85ºC. Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil, remove from heat; set aside 3 minutes and proceed.

Brewing time: 4-6 minutes.
