Chota Tingrai Estate, located in the Tinsukia district of Assam, is dedicated to making high quality teas, building their community and protecting the environment. Their 100 Ha. of organic teas are made with onsite input production to encourage environmental sustainability and support their zero waste policy.

    • brewing

      • 1-2 tsp per 8oz/250ml  
      • 195ºF/90ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)  
      • Brew 4-6 minutes  
      • Good for 2 infusions
