No. 08, Ceylon OP

The tried and true high-grade standard, this organic OP (Orange Pekoe) black tea produces the well-known and appreciated crisp, malty flavors we most associate with black tea. Notes of citrus break through with each infusion, and the brew produces the deep red liquor we've come to love.

Origin: Greenfield Estate, Uva Province, Sri Lanka - 2016 

Brewing Instructions:  

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml  
  • 195ºF/90ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)  
  • Brew 4-6 minutes  
  • Good for 2 infusions
