No. 98, Da Yu Ling

Harvested at the highest peak in Taiwan, this lightly oxidized gaoshan (high mountain) oolong delivers complex flavor, amazing structure and finish.  Worth drinking through multiple infusions, this tea hits notes of snap peas, pine, gardenia, vanilla, cinnamon along the way, all the while maintaining a full bodied richness and a strong floral honeyed finish.
