No. 17, Dragonwell

Famous for its smooth, vegetal, roasted chestnut flavor and pale green liquor, this organic, pan-roasted dragonwell is a fine choice for both the beginner and the fully initiated. 

Origin: Qiantang Longjing, Zhejiang Province, China - 2015 

Brewing Instructions:  

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
  • 175ºF/80ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.)  
  • Brew 4-6 minutes  
  • Good for 2 infusions
