Similar in appearance to silver needles, this rare (and famous) tea is a delight for any yellow or white tea drinker. Harvested on Jun Shan Island in Lake Dong Ting in Hunan Province, this tea has subtle notes of heirloom tomato, sunflower seeds, and sweet grass.   Origin: Jun Shan, Tong Ding Lake, Hunan Province, China .

    • brewing

      • 1-2 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water 
      • 175ºF/80ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.) 
      • Brew 4-6 minutes 
      • Good for 2 infusions
