A luscious creamy and buttery profile inspired the name of this exquisite tea. Also known as Jin Xuan, the cultivar was created in Taiwan in the 1980s. Our milk oolong brews fragrant with notes of orchid and honey.

Origin: Nantou County, Taiwan

Harvest: Spring 2021

    • brewing

      • 1-2 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water
      • 185ºF/80ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.) 
      • Brew 4-6 minutes 
      • Good for 3-4 infusions
