No. 37, Krishna Tulsi

Krishna tulsi (Holy Basil) has been valued for centuries in India for its medicinal properties and religious significance. This organically-grown tulsi is full-bodied and sweet, with notes of allspice and mint to finish off a brew as aromatic at its initial nose suggests. 

Origin: Sourced through a collective utilizing small farms, all based in northern India 

Brewing Instructions: 

  • 1-2 teaspoons per 8 oz/250ml 
  • 195F/90ºC  (Bring cold, fresh spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.) 
  • Brew 5-10 minutes 
  • Good for 1 infusion
