No. 63, High Mountain Oolong

It is a pleasure to offer this exquisite organic High Mountain Oolong. The delicate pale green brew evokes verdant notes of fresh mountain grass, fragrant gardenia, whole milk, and wild clover honey while finishing with notes of slightly underripe mango - a very fine example of a well-crafted tea. 

Origin: Vietnam - Elevation 1500m - Spring 2015  

Oxidation: 15%

Brewing Instructions: 

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml water 
  • 175ºF/80ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.) 
  • Brew 4-6 minutes 
  • Good for 2-4 infusions
