No. 33, Sencha

A fragrant and elegant organic Japanese green tea, harvested during the first flush of spring, this tea offers a delicate sweetness, rich with oceanic notes and a lingering fresh grass finish. 

Origin: Ujitawara, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan - 2015 

Brewing Instructions:  

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
  • 160ºF/72ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 5 minutes, and proceed.)  
  • Brew 2-4 minutes  
  • Good for 2 infusions
