Magnificent, elusive Da Yu Ling, harvested from the highest peaks of Taiwan, is a lightly oxidized gaoshan (high mountain) oolong. Performing like a stradivarius on the palate, this masterful tea delivers a wonderfully complex character, amazing structure and haunting finish. Considered one of the finest of its kind, thus rare and highly sought-after, the leaves should be enjoyed and savored through multiple infusions. Notes of honeysuckle and gardenia, subtle pine, vanilla, and delicate spice are revealed in this profound, exquisite cup.

Cultivar- Qing Xin (Green Heart)

Origin: Chun Zong Zuan Tea Farm (Hwy 7, 90km marker), Da Yu Ling Area, Li Shan, Taichung County, Taiwan - 2017

Elevation: 2200-2800m. 

Brewing Instructions: 

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water 
  • 195F/90ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.) 
  • Brew 4-6 minutes
  • Good for multiple infusions
