How to Prepare Matcha, in 3 Easy Steps:
Scoop 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon matcha with chashaku into strainer.
Sift matcha into the chawan (bowl).
Bring 6oz spring water (or filtered) to 160ºF.
Add hot water to bowl, and using the chasen, whisk in quick back and forth motions for about 30 seconds.
