No.101, Tian Mu Qing Ding, organic

Delicate Complexity ~ Vegetal ~ Lingering Sweetness

Tian Mu Qing Ding is a lovely green tea from northwest Zhejiang Province. Located on the eastern coast, west of Hangzou, Zhejiang is humid and subtropical, and one of the major tea-producing areas of China.

A delicate green, Tian Mu presents with gentle vegetal notes that give way to a complex sweetness reminiscent of sweet potato and a finish that reminds one of wild flower honey, or perhaps, palm sugar.  Brews to a clear, light liquor.
