No. 34, Roasted Kukicha

Organic Japanese tea made form the branches of the tea plant.  This lightly caffeinated tea has a pleasant earthy aroma and a light roasted flavor with notes of chocolate.  

Origin:

Shizuoka, Japan

Brewing Instructions:

Quantity:  1 teaspoon per 8oz/250ml.

Water temperature:  175ºF/80ºC. Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil, remove from heat; set aside 3 minutes and proceed.

Brewing time:  5-10 minutes.
