Organic tightly rolled full-bodied green tea from Wuyi Mountain. It's distinct flavor has strong vegetal notes, with hints of smokiness. Emerald green liquor.

Brewing Instructions:

Quantity:  1 teaspoon per 8oz/250ml.

Water temperature:  185ºF/85ºC.  Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil, remove from heat; set aside 3 minutes and proceed.
