No. 19, Lapsang Souchong

Organic black tea scented with pinewood smoke.  Plucked at high elevations in the Wuyi Mountains, this tea has a distinctive earthy flavor, with strong notes of honey and a rich red liquor.  

Origin:
Fujian Province, China.

Brewing Instructions:

Quantity:  1 teaspoon per 8oz/250ml.

Water temperature:  195ºF/90ºC.  Bring cold, fresh spring water to a boil and set aside for 30 seconds; proceed.

Brewing time:  4-7 minutes.
