No. 19, Lapsang Souchong

Organic black tea scented with pinewood smoke. Harvested from the high elevations of the Wuyi Mountains, this tea has a rich, red brew and distinctive earthy flavor.

Origin: Fujian Province, China 

Brewing Instructions:  

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml  
  • 195ºF/90ºC  (Bring cold, fresh spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside for 30 seconds, and proceed.)  
  • Brew 4-7 minutes  
  • Good for 2 infusions
